In 1987 Mom and Pop (Elena & Jim) broke ground on construction of what is now known to be The Famous Brick Oven Pizzeria. In 1988 they opened for business as the “Little Giant Market and Deli”. As years went on the deli took off. The grocery aisles disappeared and booths appeared as pizzas and sandwiches were becoming a high country favorite. As the restaurant evolved the additions of the bakery, full bar, state of the art arcade, and outdoor mini golf course grew more popular over time.

In late 2016 John and Jimmie proposed a business plan and purchased the business from their mom and pop. This is a second generation pizza shop that is a “must stop” in the high country. Featuring handcrafted dough and fresh ingredients, all to make world class pizzas. They also feature a selection of 150 different crafted beers- all the same price. The famous monster cookies are a must have after a visit to the bakery. 

 The brothers have gone mobile with their world class pizzas. In 2018 they developed a one of a kind pizza truck with an incredible rotating brick oven. Since then, they have added 2 more to the collection, making 3 total pizza trucks! Making them the #1 cater in the high country. They specialize in weddings, festivals, breweries, wineries, and more.
